Cambridge Industrial Parks

Cambridge Opportunity Industrial Park
Located on the north side of town along MN 65, this 107-acre site was developed by the City of Cambridge. It features redundant water and electrical services.

Southeast Industrial Park
This site already hosts a variety of industries, including robotics, chemicals, plastics, metals, printing, medical device, and automotive-related businesses.

Rum River Office Park
Tucked between two professional medical facilities, the office park is ideally suited for medical, biotech, R & D and professional offices. As the name suggests, it overlooks the scenic Rum River.

Hinckley Industrial Park

The Hinckley Industrial Park is comprised of approximately 15 acres with various size lots. Some lots have frontage on I-35 and some lots could possibly be subdivided.

City of Isanti Business / Industrial Park

The Isanti Centennial Industrial Park is Minnesota Shovel Ready Certified with lots ranging in size from 1.21 to 15.49 acres in size.  All sites have City sewer and water service to the curb with fiber optic infrastructure in place.  The park has regional storm ponding which enables businesses to maximize their building footprints on each shovel ready site. Industrial Park has direct access to State Trunk Highway 65 and is 10 minutes from I-35.  This park is adjacent to Burlington Northern- Santa Fe Railroad and plans are being developed for an 137 acre rail industrial park. Braham Industrial Park

Braham Industrial Park is located on County Highway 4 in Braham, Minnesota, with I-35 accessible 13 miles to the east.  There are seven lots available (17 total acres) for sale in Braham Industrial Park.  All seven lots are currently owned by the City of Braham.  Three of the seven lots are available immediately ranging in size from 1 to 3 acres.  Lots have the potential to be combined.

Mora Industrial Park

Mora Industrial Park is located in Mora, Minnesota, at the crossroads of MN Highways 65 & 23 with I-35 accessible 13 miles to the east. There are six lots available (32 total acres) for sale in Mora Industrial Park. All six lots are currently owned by the City of Mora. Lots may be combined or divided to suit individual needs.

North Branch Industrial Parks

Interstate Business Park
The property is located on County Road 30 just north of downtown and adjacent to Interstate 35.  The park is comprised of 252 acres of industrial property, of which all are designated Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development Shovel Ready Certification;7.6 acres of commercial property and 54 acres of residential property prime for workforce housing.  There are consistent soil conditions throughout the entire park making the entire park ready for development.

North Branch Industrial Park
The property is located one block off of County Road 30 at the corner of Ash Street and Golden Avenue.  There are 13 acres available south of the Andersen Windows manufacturing site.  

Pine City Technology Park

The Pine City Technology Park is a shovel ready park with over 60 acres ready for development.  It contains 5 lots ranging in size from three to 33 acres.  Each lot has the potential to be subdivided.

Princeton Aero Business Park

Aero Business Park is located adjacent to the Princeton Municipal Airport and just southwest of the new retail development area and is 0.5 miles from Highway 169 and Highway 95. 7 Lots for Sale (8 Acres in Total) Property is zoned B-3 General Commercial. Platted and owned by the Princeton Economic Development Authority

Sandstone Business Park

The Sandstone Business Park features 116 available acres around a newly constructed hospital, nursing home, and credit union. The site has excellent transportation infrastructure, with highway visibility and immediate access to I-35 and MN Hwy 23, and a BNSF rail line crosses its southern tip. An access road and utilities are in place, and numerous sites are ready for construction. Lots can be configured to meet the needs of nearly any client.

Chisago County Industrial Parks

The Chisago County HRA-EDA has provided funding for the ESSBY, Rush City, Stacy Ponds, and Wyoming Industrial Parks.  There are a wide range of parcel sizes in the four locations.
